Hey Mommy!

"Working Mother" magazine named Scripps Health to its 100 Best Companies list.

Scripps Health was named to Working Mother magazine's 2011 list of America's 100 Best Companies for family-friendly policies. The magazine ranked the top 100 companies for mommies by looking at seven key areas including workforce profile, benefits, child care and flexible work.

Scripps has made the list for the seven consecutive years and was listed as number 11 in this year's ranking. Working Mother cited Scripps' employee healthcare clinic, onsite fitness facilities and free, unlimited psychological counseling for employees as key reasons to making the respected list.

Also on the list was AOL (Patch's parent company); Pfizer with an presence in La Jolla, and Verizon Communications.
