Herringbone Goes Hollywood; La Jolla Restaurant Opening Second Location

Celebrity Chef Brian Malarkey and business partner James Brennan will open a second Herringbone restaurant in West Hollywood later this year. The duo stated with Searsucker in downtown San Diego in 2010.

Celebrity Chef Brian Malarkey will bring his La Jolla restaurant—Herringbone—north. The Top Chef alum and Enlightened Hospitality Group partner James Brennan will open their first Los Angeles-based restaurant later this year at Mondrian Los Angeles, a boutique hotel in West Hollywood.

“Herringbone is the pure embodiment of what we have coined as our ‘fabric of social dining’ experience–after enjoying an exceptional meal, guests continue their evening at Herringbone as the lights dim and the music picks up,” Malarkey said in a statement.

The menu will feature ocean-to-table cuisine and many surf and turf dishes.
