For Sale: Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa
The 210-room property on North Torrey Pines Road is for sale. The listing agents announced the sale on June 1.
is for sale. Commercial brokerage Jones Lang LaSalle announced Wednesday that the luxury resort property, which opened in 2004, is being offered unencumbered of both brand and management.
Lowe Enterprises developed the 210-room property with three restaurants, an 8,000-square-foot spa and more than 21,000-square-feet of meeting space. Destination Hotels & Resorts operates the property, which was included on Conde Nast Traveler's “Hot List” of the best new hotels in the world for 2005-06.
While the listing brokers declined to comment on the asking price of Estanica, the County Assessor's office said on Thursday that the property's assessed value was $70,426,119.
