CoStar announced earlier this month that retail property at 7710-7712 Fay Ave. in La Jolla sold for $2,075,000 or $377 per square foot. The buyer was TK Plus Property Holdings LLC.
The 5,000-square-foot building was vacant at the time of sale. The space is the former home to Donna Marsh boutique, which closed two years ago.
Phil Wise of Colliers International represented the seller Marc Building LLC. The buyer represented itself.
