Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in La Jolla is kicking off First Fridays, monthly wine tastings that feature 20 wines from one of the world’s top grape-growing regions. As the bottles of each collection are opened, Fleming’s will open guests’ minds to the extraordinary qualities of great wine, with tasting tips from the wine manager.
On Friday, June 1, guests will experience what flavor profiles the Chilean climate—a bridge between France’s and California’s conditions—can create.
