AleSmith Beer Dinner

On Wednesday, August 29, Table 926 will merge San Diego’s nationally-acclaimed craft brewing scene with one of the city’s most attractive new restaurants. Table 926, created as an intimate bistro and located in north Pacific Beach, will begin the evening with a “beer hour" from 6 to 7 p.m. followed by a four course beer-paired dinner from 7 to 10 p.m.

To start, guests will taste leading local brewery AleSmith’s Lil Devil Belgian Pale Ale, paired with a White Shrimp Ceviche prepared by Table 926’s Executive Chef and Owner Matt Richman.

Then diners will begin to work their palates through the four course meal, to include Steamed Venus Clams with Chinese Sausage in a Lemon Grass-Sake Broth, Kumquat Marinated Natural Chicken Thigh with Sautéed Dandelion Greens and Artichoke Hearts, Seared Duck Breast with a  Red Cherry Glaze and Sticky Toffee Pudding with Caramel Ice Cream. Each course will be coupled with one of the following harmonizing beers: Horny Devil Golden Strong Ale, IPA, Grand Cru Dark Strong Ale and Speedway Stout.
