Patch: Why did you choose La Jolla to open your business?
Kyle Stogsdall of : I wanted to open another location for a multitude of divers that dive in La Jolla everyday.
Patch: What distinguishes your business from others in the same industry?
Stogsdall: We’ve been in business for a long time. We are a family run company, so we offer that personal touch when you come in.
Patch: What are some of the current challenges you face as a business owner?
Stogsdall: As a business owner today, the biggest challenge would be the internet. With internet companies, the biggest problem is that there is no training. They don’t have to go to training, or have the knowledge that we do when you come to see us.
Patch: What's the best business advice you've been given?
Stogsdall: Is to continue to keep trying and always service the customer.
Patch: Where do you shop, eat or frequent in La Jolla? What businesses do you support locally?
Stogsdall: As far as eating, we use and the a lot. We try to stay local in anything that we need.
