Switchfoot To Play Intimate Show at Playhouse

San Diego's Switchfoot is holding a special concert and meet-and-greet at the La Jolla Playhouse Tuesday.

The band that started here is back! Switchfoot is in town for a at the La Jolla Playhouse tomorrow.

Switchfoot, who hails from San Diego, started out in the Christian rock genre of music. Over the years, they’ve switched to a mainstream audience with hits like “Dare You to Move” and “Meant to Live.”

You can see the Grammy-winning band Tuesday in La Jolla at the Playhouse. The group is holding a special 90-minute conversation with their fans inside the playhouse, complete with some music. Switchfoot and their record producer, Neal Avron, will discuss with the audience the making of their newest album, Vice Verses. They’re also expected to play some of their hits in an acoustic-style concert.

VIP tickets will be available and will include a signed copy of Vice Verses and a meet and greet following the concert. This event is hosted by NBC San Diego's music franchise SoundDiego.

Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. at the on March 20. Tickets can be purchased online here and prices are as follows:
