Stay Local This Weekend, with Musicals, Concerts, Fine Wine and Films
Your Patch guide to weekend happiness.
After last weekend’s busy schedule of superheroes, science fiction and sandcastles, this final weekend in July is a bit more lax. That’s not to say there isn’t stuff to do—we’ve got plenty of events in town and beyond that will satisfy the down-to-earth and the go-getters.
From July 29-31, La Jolla has some local community events, like a film festival for the fashionable only, a reggae concert featuring a Marley, and a new musical at the Playhouse.
Travel downtown for some all-day doggie fun on Sunday or travel north to Carlsbad for a good cause. Enjoy these last days of July!
