So Much to Do This Weekend, So Little Time

Your Patch guide to happiness.

Strolling around booths, trying new delicacies — or indulging in old comfort foods — and listening to a song or two. A great festival should give you the opportunity to do all that and more.

Three good ones take place this weekend. One celebrates culture at UC San Diego, while another takes over a stretch of Hwy 101 in Encinitas. You could say one has gone to the dogs, but better yet, the dogs can go and be a part of it, at Balboa Park.

Those are just three of your choices for funny, engaging and sporty things to do in La Jolla and beyond, from April 7-13.
