See Famed-Florist Shane Connolly at MCASD

Garden aficionados and flower fanatics rejoice! A premier floral designer is in La Jolla to talk all-things green.

is a series put on by the Village Garden Club of La Jolla. This month, they’ve brought London’s widely-respected floral designer Shane Connolly.

Connolly is passionate about floristry and has his own company in the UK, Shane Connolly and Company. He has been asked to create the floral designs for many historic events for the British Royal Family, including the Queen’s 80th birthday and the iconic wedding last year of Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. 

His floral designs have received world-wide attention for their simplicity and elegance and now he’s here to share his passion with us. See Connolly at the on March 8 at 1:30 p.m.
