After Sunday night’s NFC Championship Game between the New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers, many local residents stayed tuned to FOX to watch San Diegans audition for American Idol.
After making it to the Hollywood round , 18-year-old Kristi Krause gave it another shot and auditioned for season 11 last fall at Petco Park.
While Krause is not allowed to disclose how the audition went, she did say that it was “even better than last year,” when she was one of 325 contestants that made it to the Hollywood round. More than 130,000 people auditioned last season.
