Peter Lik, the self-taught Australian photographer who’s known for his limited editions of photographs, unveiled his latest photograph on Saturday. Moonlight Reflections was taken in La Jolla and depicts a “serene ocean view of the moon.”
Lik La Jolla holds 600 of Lik’s photographs, with some of them shot right here in our town. Gallery Director Matt Netterville said six to 10 of those were taken in La Jolla, including Solace, Endless Summer and Windansea.
To see the photo in person stop by Lik La Jolla at 1205 Prospect St. The gallery is open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
