Rock Star's 'It's So Easy (And Other Lies)'
Duff McKagan, rock star and author, signed copies of his new book "It's So Easy (And Other Lies)" at Warwick's on Wednesday night. McKagan is best known as a founding member of Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver.
Rock god and writer Duff McKagan signed copies of his new book It's So Easy (And Other Lies) at on Wednesday. McKagan played for Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver and fronts his own band: Loaded. He also writes a weekly column for Seattle Weekly and ESPN.
A line formed outside of the independent bookstore as fans waited to hear McKagan speak about his book, sign copies and answer questions.
Warwick's said in It's So Easy that McKagan "shares the story of his rise to the pinnacle of fame and fortune, his struggles with alcoholism and drug addiction, his personal crash and burn, and his phoenix-like transformation via a unique path to sobriety."

McKagan attended the event with his wife, supermodel Susan Holmes (a native San Diegan). The two reportedly shopped the village before the event.
