‘Glee’ Star Cory Monteith Coming to the Loft in La Jolla
"Finn Hudson" shakes his football image to rock out with his band Bonnie Dune this weekend at UCSD.
Maybe you haven't heard of Bonnie Dune, a Los Angeles-area band making their San Diego debut at the Loft on Sunday, but we are sure you have heard of Glee on Fox.
Glee star Cory Monteith, who plays singing quarterback Finn Hudson alongside on-again, off-again girlfriend Rachel Berry (or sometimes even Quinn Fabray), plays the drums for Bonnie Dune. He joined the band at the behest of lead singer Justin Wilczynski, a former co-star on the MTV show Kaya.
They describe their sound as “California-inspired” with R&B-tinged pop/rock.
