The day of celebrating Irish culture includes a 10:30 a.m. parade, which begins at Fifth and Juniper, and concludes with an all-day festival in Balboa Park, north of Laurel Street.
The festival includes two music stages, a beer garden, a kids zone and an authentic 17th century Celtic village.
