Spring Art Show and Sale

The Retirement Association of the University of California, San Diego will hold its inaugural spring Art Show and Sale on May 31 at the Retirement Resource Center.

The event will showcase original artwork by UC San Diego retirees and faculty emeriti, including paintings in a variety of media and styles, photography, jewelry, handmade Venetian masks and intricately patterned quilts. There will be art available for purchase and light refreshments will be served.

La Jolla resident Kim-Signoret-Paar will be showing her photography at the show, including her collection “Historic Bridges of San Diego: Past, Present and Future.”

The campus’s Retirement Resource Center is located at the corner of Myers Drive and Rupertus Lane. Visitor parking is available in the Gilman Parking Structure at the intersection of Gilman Drive and Villa La Jolla Drive, and there will be signs directing guests to the show.
