The San Diego Jewish Book Fair runs Nov. 3 through 10, 14 and 15. The festival includes a lineup of acclaimed authors,lectures, an evening of comedy and a Family Day celebration.
Today's festival features an evening with two off-beat writers, Gary Shteyngart, author of Super Sad True Love Story, a story about a completely illiterate America; and Mark Oppenhiemer, whose Wisenheimer: A Childhood Subject to Debate is a true-life tale of his own precocious hyperarticulation.
