San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering EXPO DAY

The largest celebration of science and engineering in the Southwest retuns this March to "excite your mind." Activities throughout the county will feature interactive demonstrations, hands-on activities and exciting speakers--including skateboard icon Tony Hawk and Qualcomm co-founder Irwin Jacobs. The weeklong celebration culminates in the March 24 EXPO DAY at PETCO Park, a free event with more than 100 activity booths, performances by "Sid the Science Kid" and opportunities to meet local scientists and engineers.
