My Vegan Valentine

Try something new this year for Valentines Day – prepare your own 4-course gourmet meal together in this hands-on cooking class! Treat your vegan sweetheart to a delicious feast that is sure to show how much you care – so much more so than simply making reservations! Menu will include Arugula and Spinach Salad with Shiraz Vinaigrette, Carrot, Butternut and Vanilla Soup, Roasted and Stuffed Chiles with Walnut Sauce and Mulled Wine Poached Pears with Coconut Whipped “Cream”.  Celebrate the love!
