The panel discussion will be comprised of three or four speakers, representing university administration (e.g. research development professional, dean of graduate school, or equivalent), a senior researcher, and a young researcher (preferably in an existing mentor/mentee partnership).
This forum will provide for Early Career Researchers (ECRs), and the professionals supporting them, tools necessary to build a strong foundation for a mentor/mentee partnership.
