- Tequila Cranberry Chutney, served over warm brie, topped with pecans and served atop fresh French bread
- Stuffed pumpkin, w/ ground turkey, dried cranberries, pistachios & rice
- Tender pumpkin flan, finished with a sweet crunchy pumpkin seed brittle, which makes a great hostess gift!
Chef Elizabeth will offer an aria or two and share a peek into her world as a novelist.
