Learn the steps to making wonderful fresh cheese in this hands-on class, including creme fraiche, mozzarella, & quark. You will then learn how to prepare some delectable dishes made with the fresh cheeses including a bruschetta, risotto, pasta, and cheesecake – which you will sit down and enjoy, family style, at the end of class. Rachel will also be sampling some ofSpring Hill’s more popular cheeses, like smoke firehouse cheddar, raw white cheddar, and jack with peppercorn, which will be available for purchase at the end of class.
