On Thursday, May 29 Cusp Dining & Drinks at Hotel La Jolla will invite guests to relax, dine and relish in the sultry sounds of the Bill Shreeve Trio as part of Cusp’s Supper Club.
The trio’s mix of contemporary and classic jazz, swing, Latin and big band era music will complement Chef Donald Lockhart’s Mediterranean-inspired cuisine in both sophistication and style.
Guests can design their own meal from a menu of a la carte starters like Crab Ricotta Stuffed Squash Blossoms with roasted tomatillo cilantro cream and entrees like Potato Crusted Local Halibut with Provençal vegetables or Flat Iron Steak with mushroom tarragon butter.
For those who would like to socialize over drinks in the bar, Head Bartender Chris Burkett will offer cocktails like the The Octavio Daiquiri off of his new spring menu. Cusp’s Supper Club is on the last Thursday of every month. Reservations for The Bill Shreeve Trio can be made for that night starting at 5 p.m. by calling (858) 551-3620.
