Weather Forecast for La Jolla: Oct. 18-23

Expect cooler nights through Oct. 23.

Holy fog, Batman. The fog has been thick in the past few days and the National Weather Service predicts more fog this entire week.

Nightime temperatures are expected to be a bit cooler as well. Overnight temperatures will hover in the upper 50s, according to the National Weather Service.

National Weather Service Forecast for La Jolla:

Tuesday: Patchy dense fog before 11 a.m. Otherwise, cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 68. North wind between 5 and 10 mph.

Tuesday Night: Patchy fog after 11 p.m. Otherwise, increasing clouds, with a low around 58. North wind around 5 mph.

Wednesday: Patchy fog before 11 a.m. Otherwise, cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 66. Calm wind becoming west between 5 and 10 mph.

Wednesday Night: Patchy fog after 11 p.m. Otherwise, increasing clouds, with a low around 57. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm.

Thursday: Patchy fog before 11 a.m. Otherwise, cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 65.

Thursday Night: Patchy fog after 11 p.m. Otherwise, increasing clouds, with a low around 57.

Friday: Patchy fog before 11 a.m. Otherwise, cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 67.

Friday Night: Patchy fog after 11 p.m. Otherwise, increasing clouds, with a low around 58.

Saturday: Patchy fog before 11 a.m. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 68.

Saturday Night: Patchy fog after 11 p.m. Otherwise, increasing clouds, with a low around 58.
