UCSD Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center Spotlights Heart Disease

In honor of the American Heart Association's "Go Red for Women" campaign, the UC San Diego Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center will glow red for a few more days.

On Jan. 31, 2013, the UC San Diego Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center hosted its third annual building lighting ceremony as a part of the American Heart Association's "Go Red for Women" campaign.

The lights are meant to personify shining a light on heart disease—the number one killer of women in the United States. The building will stay lit through out the remainder of February.
