Birch Aquarium naturalists helped 30 explorers navigates the beaches and rocky tide pools near Scripps Pier on Saturday afternoon. The adventure was the third of six wintertime tours offered by Birch Aquarium.
Participants found native marine life including hermit crabs, sea hares, sea anemones and crabs.
