Scott White Contemporary Art to Feature Postmodern Artist James Reilly
James Reilly, an artist and winner of the John Moores Contemporary Painting Prize, the United Kingdom's prestigious painting competition, will be in La Jolla to showcase his artwork.
When I was young I would sit in the bath and ideas would come to me, now I am old I sit in the bath is the title of the newest exhibition at Scott White Contemporary Art created by James Reilly.
Reilly hails from the United Kingdom and is part of a postmodern prominent group yet controversial group of artists called, Young British Artists.
His newest art collection will come to La Jolla on Saturday, Jan. 12.

Reilly’s artwork is known for portraits of unknown people with a modern twist.
An opening reception for Riley will be on Saturday, Jan. 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition will be on display through Feb. 23.
