San Diego Film Festival Foundation Pays Tribute to Judd Apataw
This was the second time the foundation handed this award.
At the star-studded Tribute Gala in La Jolla Thursday night, the San Diego Film Festival Foundation honored Judd Apataw with the Visionary Filmmaker Award.
The gala was held at the Museum of Contemporary Art, 700 Prospect St. Among the attendees were actor David Koechner, Director Justin S. Lee and actor Beau Mirchoff.
The evening's host was noted veteran critic Jeffrey Lyons. Koechner presented Apataw with the awards.
This is the second year the foundation handed out the Visionary Award. Last year's honoree was director Gus Van Sant
