Holiday Drink Recipe: Roppongi's Gingerbread House Martini

Trade in your gingerbread house kit with gumdrops, peppermints and sprinkles for something easier to craft—Roppongi Restaurant & Sushi Bar's Gingerbread House Martini.

The holiday cocktail is creamy with a bit of spice from the ginger Elixir and gingersnap cookie garnish.

Gingerbread House Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz vanilla Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Baileys
  • 1/2 oz Kahlua
  • 3/4 oz ginger Elixir
  • Gingersnap cookie for garnish
  • Light whipped cream for garnish

Instructions: 

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously and strain in to a martini glass. Garnish with a gingersnap cookie and light whipped cream and serve.
