Fresh Ingredients for a Hearty Sunday Dinner

Fresh pastas and bread have made Peggy's Pasta a farmers market hit.

If you plan on picking up vegetables or other produce from Peggy’s Pasta, Inc. at the , you better get there early. Peggy Vosburg and her business partner Rich Harben are long-time vendors at the market, and with a wide selection of homemade pasta, fresh bread, and avocado oils, it’s no wonder why they have become one of the most popular sellers.

The truth is that no matter what time you make it to the farmers market, Peggy’s Pasta is always bustling with customers.

“I’ve been coming here as long as they’ve been open,” one customer said. “Everything is always fresh.”

Vosburg’s motto, “made today, sold today” is the cornerstone of the company, helping them deliver fresh and delicious products every week. Vosburg and Harben have even established themselves as the go-to vendor for other stands at the market including the creperie, which gets its bread and eggs from the pair.

Peggy’s features over a dozen pastas, which are made fresh on Friday. In addition, they offer nearly two dozen artisan breads, mouthwatering desserts, and various avocado oils and spreads. Despite the truckload of supplies that they are armed with every Sunday morning, their products sell out nearly every time. Those who are anxious about their favorite treat flying off the table can actually reserve orders days ahead.
