In honor of its 50th anniversary, UCSD is offering guided bus tours that focus on the campus's distinctive modern and postmodern architecture and unique history. The tours are offered with the purchase of The Campus Guide: University of California, San Diego, which provides a history of the university's campus planning and growth, as well as map-guided walking tours.
The guide costs $24.99 and is available at the campus bookstore.
Tours are scheduled monthly on Sundays and begin with a continental breakfast at the Faculty Club.
