Celebration of Life: Scripps Hosts Cancer Survivors Day Party

More than 100 people came out to Scripps's 20th annual Cancer Survivors Day celebration on Sunday at .

The celebration of life included presentations, poetry, live music and refreshments for cancer survivors and their families. The gathering was open to anyone living with a history of cancer, regardless of where they received treatment.

Scripps reported there are 11 million people living with a history of cancer.
