The National Multiple Sclerosis Society in San Diego is inviting cyclists to join a 15- or 30-mile training ride starting on Saturday morning, Aug. 17. The rides will begin at Rehab United Physical Therapy & Sports Performance Center, 3323 Carmel Mountain Road, San Diego, 92121. The 30-mile ride will begin at 7:30 a.m., followed by the 15-mile ride starting at 8 a.m. The training rides are designed to help cyclists prepare for participating in either a 100- or 150-mile ride at the National MS Society’s 31st annual Bike MS Bay to Bay Tour, a cycling fundraiser to be held on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 19 and 20.
