Learn the Keys to Tenant Satisfaction at BOMA 360 Seminar

The San Diego Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) will host a seminar about the BOMA 360 Performance Program, which evaluates buildings against six categories of industry practices. The seminar will address key components of the program and give insider tips and tools for achieving the 360 designation; a highly-respected designation which demonstrates that a building is operating to the highest industry standards. Additionally, an analysis conducted by Kingsley Associates illustrated that buildings which earn the 360 designation have higher tenant satisfaction rates. BOMA 360 designees Jayne Vanderhagen, Property Administrator of PM Realty’s Hazard Center and Sarah Neff, Director of Sustainability Programs of Kilroy Realty will lead the discussion.

The seminar is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at The Prado in Balboa Park at 1549 El Prado. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and the program begins at 9 a.m. The cost to attend is $10 for members and $25 for non-members.
