The mixed-use development will include a 253-room SpringHill Suites and a 147-room Residence Inn, in addition to approximately 27,000 square feet of retail space.  The site is located on N. Harbor Drive which is adjacent to San Diego’s new cruise ship terminal. The development is part of the city’s North Embarcadero Visionary Plan, which will shape the future of San Diego by joining downtown and the bay. The plan will benefit the entire region, enhancing the bay's appeal as a hub of activity.
