Fish & Richardson Principal Juanita Brooks Named to 2014 BTI Client Service All-Star List

Fish & Richardson announced today that Juanita R. Brooks, a principal in the firm’s IP Litigation Group, was recently named to the prestigious 2014 BTI Client Service All-Star list for delivering superior client service.  Brooks was one of an elite list of attorneys named nationwide as “a step ahead of the competition.”  Inclusion in this exclusive report is driven solely by direct feedback from 300 corporate counsel at the nation’s largest companies.  Law firms and their attorneys have no influence on these rankings.

According to BTI, this year’s 2014 BTI Client Service All-Stars were singled out for their exceptional understanding of client business issues, intense client focus, being an innovative thought leader, legal skills and expertise, outsized value, and outstanding results.

The recipients represent a relatively few outstanding lawyers drawn from a very large pool and are chosen based on candid feedback from corporate counsel at the world’s largest organizations. BTI asks General Counsel and their direct reports to delineate, unprompted, the attorneys who provide superior service.

“We work hard to provide our clients with extraordinary client service every day,” said Peter J. Devlin, President of Fish & Richardson.  “Most big companies work with many lawyers from different law firms for different projects, so it is an honor to have Juanita Brooks named by in-house counsel as the absolute best-of-the-best.”

Fish & Richardson is a global patent, intellectual property (IP) litigation, and commercial litigation law firm with more than 400 attorneys and technology specialists across the U.S. and Europe.  Fish has been named the #1 patent litigation firm in the U.S. for 10 consecutive years.  Fish has been winning cases worth billions in controversy – often by making new law – for the most innovative clients and influential industry leaders since 1878.  For more information, visit www.fr.com.
