Adrenaline Lacrosse Signing Up Boys Now for San Diego Box League Aug. 24

Adrenaline Lacrosse is registering boys from 4th to 12th grades throughout San Diego County for the Adrenaline Box League. The league starts Aug. 24 and runs Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm through Oct. 12 at the Cairemont YMCA located at 4150 Ute Drive, San Diego, Calif. Fees are $150 for a player or $2200 for a team.

The Adrenaline Box League is designed to enhance a player’s shooting, ball handling and mastery of tight space concepts, including the two-man game.

Adrenaline Lacrosse firmly believes in the value of developing players in a skills-focused manner using the box style of play,” says Jesse Foss, Training Program Manager. “Every player enrolled will benefit from learning to catch and throw in confined spaces. Offensive players will learn how to cut and move off ball, how to use the two-man game, and how to finish inside. Defensive players will learn how to play proper angles using footwork instead of their sticks to save them, how to play off ball, and how to communicate through picks. The more players improve these skills, the more complete a player they’ll be in the field game.”
