Al Gore Coming to La Jolla for Book Signing

Warwick’s of La Jolla and the San Diego Law Library have teamed up to present a book discussion, Q&A and signing by former Vice President Al Gore. The event will be held at UC San Diego’s Mandeville Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 10. Gore will discuss his newest book The Future: Six Drivers of Global Change.

Gore, a New York Times bestseller, reviews “six critical driver of global change in the decades to come” in his new book.

Warwick’s explains:

With the same passion he brought to the challenge of climate change, and with his decades of experience on the front lines of global policy, Al Gore surveys our planet's beclouded horizon and offers a sober, learned, and ultimately hopeful forecast in the visionary tradition of Alvin Toffler's Future Shock and John Naisbitt's Megatrends. 

Attendees must have a ticket to attend. Tickets are $35 for entry and one copy of the book, or $50 for two and one book. Tickets can be purchased by calling Warwick’s Book Department at 858-454-0347 or online.
